Please take note that we only act as a marketplace which compiles and displays a range of office spaces from third party Office Space Provider for you to search for the office space. We do not accept any responsibility for, or liability in relation to, any Office Space listed on the Website. If any issues arise, you should direct any questions, claims or complains related to any relevant Office Space Provider.

We will ensure that the prices of the Office Spaces displayed on the Website are correct. However, despite our reasonable efforts, it may be possible that some of the office spaces on the Website may be incorrectly priced. Property descriptions and other information provided on our site are intended for information and marketing purposes and, whilst displayed in good faith, we will not in any circumstances accept responsibility for their accuracy.

Please note that all office spaces offered on the Website are subject to availability.
